If you have not visited our clinic in the past, you will first be prompted to set up a username and password. This is necessary to set up an account for online booking and billing features. 

After setting up your account you will be able to book an appointment. If you have never been to Renew Chiropractic as a patient, please select “New Patient Visit” and select the provider, time, and day of your preference. After booking, you will be emailed new patient intake forms, please fill these out before your appointment. 

If you are an established patient, please select “Adjustment” and continue with selecting your provider, time, and day. 

The online booking option is simply another option for your convenience, if you wish to schedule on the phone, please call the office at 563-261-7502!  If you have any issues or questions during the booking process, do not hesitate to call the office as well.
